Many famous idol groups in KPOP are criticized because many of their music sounds very similar to other music that is popular. Some groups are even judged for plagiarizing. However, because many of the idol groups and their record labels follow a particular formula for success, it is inevitable for their music to all sound the same also making plagiarism inevitable.
